Hi, I’m Jessica! I help busy leaders stay above water and make sure that their most impactful priorities don’t get lost in the whirlwind.

My work is informed by lots of lessons learned as an early team member of two growing networks of schools, KIPP LA and Ednovate, as well as skills I’ve honed through work for dozens of consulting clients. Through these experiences, I’ve developed expertise in school and nonprofit strategy, operations, project management, program design, start-ups, event production, coaching, and more.

To work with me is to feel deeply cared for. Whether I’m supporting a senior leader or planning a meaningful gathering amongst colleagues, I partner with clients whose values align with my own. Organizations hire me because of my experience and my high bar for rigor, and they continue to hire me because of my approach to work — calm, positive, and collaborative.

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and hardcore book clubber, outdoorsy gal, lover of all dogs and birds, and dinner party hostess. I also help lead an organization focused on inclusion in the outdoors. I’m based in Los Angeles and spend a lot of my time living that cabin life up in the mountains of Southern California.
